Your memories are private.
Revisited. collects only the information needed to manage your account, preserve your collection, process payments, communicate with you, and deliver your files.
Photo files
Original scans and previews are stored in private storage. Access is limited to your verified account and authorized Revisited. staff. We do not sell, publish, or use customer photos for marketing without explicit permission.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes payments, Supabase provides authentication and private storage, Resend delivers transactional email, and Vercel hosts the application. Payment card details are not stored by this application.
Printful fulfills optional prints and gifts. We send approved print files and shipping details only when needed for an order. If you separately choose to generate a realistic product proof before checkout, we temporarily share only the selected cropped image with Printful after showing a clear consent notice. We do not include family-history details, comments, or shipping information in that proof request.
Retention
Customer gallery access expires 30 days after completion. Files are not automatically deleted; contact us to request deletion or an access extension.
