Privacy
Your memories are private.
Revisited collects only the information needed to manage your account, preserve your collection, process payments, coordinate fulfillment, communicate with you, and deliver your files.
Customer media
Preservation masters, playback copies, documents, and previews are stored privately. Access is limited to your verified account, authorized family collaborators you choose, and authorized Revisited staff. We do not sell or publish customer media.
No AI training
Customer media is never used to train artificial-intelligence models. We do not use it for marketing without explicit permission.
Onsite promotions
Revisited uses limited first-party browser storage to remember whether an onsite announcement was shown or dismissed. When someone chooses a promotion, we may associate that campaign with a later checkout and paid order for up to 30 days. Promotion reporting does not store customer media, payment card details, raw IP addresses, or third-party advertising identifiers.
Payments, shipping, and service providers
Stripe processes payments, Shippo supports shipping labels and tracking, Supabase provides authentication and private primary storage, Backblaze B2 provides verified secondary storage, Resend delivers transactional email, and Vercel hosts the web application. Payment card details are not stored by this application.
Printful receives approved print files and shipping details only after a customer places an authenticated print order that requires fulfillment.
Retention
A customer’s first Family Media Box includes 60 days of Archive access after the collection is ready for return. Files are not automatically deleted at the end of that window; contact us for data-access or deletion requests.
