Service terms
A Revisited Family Media Box is priced per physical box, not by the number of eligible items inside it. Customers may mix published eligible formats without creating an inventory before ordering. Pack every item securely and leave enough room for the box to close easily. Never bend, compress, force, or overfill family media.
Eligible media
Launch eligibility is limited to published supported formats and packing policies. Revisited records the detailed inventory after studio receipt. Unsupported or questionable items remain associated with the box, are disclosed to the customer, and return with the collection rather than being silently discarded.
Fulfillment selection
Prepaid Mail-In is included and provides a label for sending filled boxes directly to our Oklahoma City studio. Optional Home Collection is charged once per parent order and covers one pickup of all filled boxes plus delivery of originals and Revisited boxes after preservation, subject to service-area availability.
Handling and condition
We document custody, inventory, and material condition at intake. Fragile, wet, mold-damaged, hazardous, unusually valuable, or unsupported materials may be declined or require a separate written arrangement.
Originals and digital results
Original media and Revisited boxes return after preservation. Archival masters remain immutable. Customer edits and delivery formats are separate assets and never silently replace a preservation master.
Archive access and downloads
A customer’s first completed Family Media Box includes 60 days of online Archive access without a payment method or automatic membership charge. Customers may view and download released files during that period or choose a Revisited Archive Membership for continued online access.
